Skanska (Freelance) – Environmental, Wayfinding, and Identification
Preliminary work generating the signage entitlements, programming of placement, and design for the exterior of a 15-story skyscraper in the arts district in Los Angeles.
Office space, luxury apartments, a premiere restaurant, comfortable cafe, maker spaces, and parking in one of the most creative neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles.
The spectacular architecture of this multi-million-dollar tower demands a bold expression of identity and life.
In the preliminary stages of development, this structure and the community it will create and serve is shaping up to be a spectacular project with nothing but potential going forward.
For my part, I established the allocations of exterior artwork, programmed over 1300 interior signs, and worked with the clients to develop exterior signage.
